Algerian Qatari Steel supplied the nation's hospitals with 1.5 million liters of medical oxygen.
AQS supplied hospitals with more than 1.5 million litres of oxygen during the current health crisis. This was needed because of the spread of the coronavirus.
This operation came just one month after the gas separation unit at the Bellara complex started working. This was made possible thanks to the company's professionals, who worked hard to provide medical oxygen.
Engineers from the Algerian Qatari Steel Company helped to operate an oxygen production unit in the province of Setif. This will fill between 300 and 400 oxygen cylinders daily, relieving pressure on hospitals and patients with COVID-19.
This is part of the Algerian-Qatari Steel Company's duty to help people in Algeria. The company is doing everything it can to save lives during this difficult time.
