GlobeCert Approves Algerian Qatari Steel Company to Export its Products to Scandinavian Markets
Algerian Qatari Steel has received approval from the International Accreditation Body GlobeCert AB, a leading authority in product certification in Northern European countries, to market reinforcement iron to the “A Q S” specifications in Northern European countries, particularly the Scandinavian nations.
The product conformity certificate for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark will allow AQS to export various types of reinforcement iron, including K500BT, K500C-T 8-40 mm, B500NB 8-40 mm, B500B, B500C 8-40 mm to these countries. This achievement marks a new phase of excellence for the company, resulting from diligent efforts and a full commitment to the highest standards of quality and professionalism by the Algerian Qatari Steel.
With “A Q S” receiving certification from 'GlobeCert AB' for the Scandinavian countries, the products of the Algerian-Qatari Steel Company will be accredited across all European markets. This will enhance our marketing prospects in Europe, which is one of the fastest-growing global markets in the iron and steel industry.
The Algerian Qatari Steel aims to penetrate all global markets by exporting surplus iron and steel products manufactured in the Bellara complexe to international markets, contributing to the government's strategy to increase the value of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector.
